Guest Experience Lead

Role and Responsibilities:

• Greet and communicate with guests while they order to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Assist customers with using self-ordering kiosks and provide extra support where needed.
• Check in with guests after service to confirm satisfaction and address any needs.
• Provide special attention to families by ensuring children receive their kid treats.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to share feedback and enhance guest experience.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Interest in growing within the McDonald's organization through training and development programs.
