Role and Responsibilities of Facilities Maintenance Member:

• Support management in maintaining outstanding cleanliness levels and equipment maintenance standards within the restaurant.
• Regularly changing the filters in oil fryers each day is a key task in their upkeep.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Sanitize equipment, clean windows on both sides, arrange stockroom items, and tidy up restroom areas.
• Handle unloading tasks from the delivery truck twice weekly.
• Eliminate the trash by emptying and removing it from the premises.
• Change light bulbs.
• Keep HVAC and exhaust units clean by regularly clearing debris and maintaining a clutter-free roof.

Required Skills and Experience of Facilities Maintenance Member:

• Displaying a willingness to learn and carry out physical maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Ability to cooperate within a high-pressure team environment.
• Showing consistent commitment to the standards of cleanliness and equipment maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications of Facilities Maintenance Member:

• While it is helpful, previous maintenance or janitorial experience is not a strict requirement.
• Exhibits excellent problem-solving skills alongside impressive organizational competencies.
