Role and Responsibilities of Hospitality Shift Manager:
Ensuring that customers are greeted with fast, precise, and friendly service, Hospitality Shift Manager provide leadership to both crew members and other supervisors during the weekly shifts to uphold superior standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. They have key duties such as:
Emphasizing the importance of food safety and quality control is vital
Handling and mentoring crew members with skill

Daily maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant

Required Skills and Experience of Hospitality Shift Manager:
