Maintenance Associate

Role and Responsibilities of Maintenance Associate:

• Help in the attainment and continuous maintenance of superior cleanliness and equipment upkeep as directed by management.
• Keep oil fryers in top condition by filtering the oil daily to prevent buildup and contamination.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Keep equipment tidy, maintain cleanliness of windows inside and out, organize stockroom inventory, and clean restroom facilities.
• Perform unloading duties from the delivery truck on a regular schedule.
• Clear out the garbage by taking it out and disposing of it properly.
• Change light bulbs.
• Remove clutter from HVAC/exhaust systems and clear the roof of debris accumulation.

Required Skills and Experience of Maintenance Associate:

• Showing a readiness to acquire knowledge and handle assignments concerning the upkeep of tangible assets.
• Aptitude for teamwork in a fast-paced setting.
• Upholding reliability and dedication in maintaining cleanliness and equipment quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications of Maintenance Associate:

• Experience in maintenance or janitorial work is preferred but not essential for this role.
• Shows a high level of proficiency in problem-solving and adept organizational abilities.
