Role and Responsibilities of Cleaning Crew:

• Aid in the achievement and ongoing maintenance of exceptional cleanliness and equipment care within the restaurant facilities.
• Adhering to a daily schedule for replacing filters is crucial in the maintenance of oil fryers.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Ensure equipment is immaculate, wash both interior and exterior windows, organize stockroom supplies, and clean restrooms thoroughly.
• Perform unloading procedures from the truck on a bi-weekly rotation.
• Clear the waste by removing and disposing of the rubbish properly.
• Change light bulbs.
• Eliminate debris from HVAC and exhaust systems while also cleaning the roof of any obstructions.
