Role and Responsibilities of Food Service Manager:

• Execute responsibilities that involve food service, customer satisfaction, and team member supervision in the restaurant setting.
• Attract, appoint, orient, and uphold employees within the workforce.
• Monitor the workforce size, arranging work timetables, and appraising staff productivity.
• Support, mentor, and drive employees and executives towards accomplishing business milestones.
• Develop strategies for inventory control, budget management, and the procurement of food supplies.

• Keep stringent safety measures in place for the protection of guests and workers.

Required Skills and Experience of Food Service Manager:

• It is preferred that applicants have completed high school or obtained a GED.
• Essential qualifications: Over 12 months of experience in managing, empowering, or fostering growth in others, or a background in the U.S. Military.
• Demonstrating excellent customer service expertise while being adept at proactively addressing guest needs.
• Efficient communication proficiency is key to effectively tackling problems and making decisions swiftly in a fast-paced scenario.
• Strong commitment to maintaining top-notch quality and promoting a safe workplace.
• A deep-seated drive to serve and support others within the organization.

Preferred Qualifications of Food Service Manager:

• Prior experience leading teams in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management roles.
