Role and Responsibilities of Restaurant Maintenance Person:

• Help management in attaining and upholding exceptional cleanliness and maintenance of restaurant facilities and equipment.
• Daily maintenance is essential for the upkeep of oil fryers by regularly changing the filters.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Ensure equipment is clean, wash windows both inside and out, maintain stock rooms, and tidy restrooms.
• Perform unloading of the delivery truck two times per week.
• Dispose of the garbage by removing and discarding it.
• Change light bulbs.
• Remove debris from HVAC and exhaust systems and clear the roof of any clutter.

Required Skills and Experience of Restaurant Maintenance Person:

• Openness to acquiring new skills and engaging in tasks related to maintaining physical infrastructure.
• Proficiency in collaborating within a high-speed team setting.
• Demonstrating consistency and dedication in upholding cleanliness and equipment quality.

Preferred Qualifications of Restaurant Maintenance Person:

• Prior experience in maintenance or janitorial roles is beneficial but not obligatory.
