General Manager

This McDonald's restaurant is owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. The franchisee is solely responsible for employment matters, including hiring, firing, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA has no control over employment decisions for this location. Role and Responsibilities:

• Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald's standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them.
• Lead and coach Department Managers, helping them set goals, track progress, and improve performance.
• Oversee hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants strongly preferred; hospitality or retail experience also considered.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be a manager in a corporate-owned and operated restaurant.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain operational excellence.
