Role and Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Assist customers with ordering their favorite McDonald's meals.
• Prepare McDonald's world-famous food items.
• Partner with Crew and Managers to meet daily goals while maintaining a fun environment.
• Keep the restaurant clean and welcoming for customers.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Flexibility to work part-time or full-time across various shifts including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends.
• Interest in developing customer service, teamwork, and food preparation skills.
