Role and Responsibilities of Restaurant Supervisor:
Restaurant Supervisor lead shifts weekly to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. They provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintaining high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Key responsibilities include:
Implementing rigorous quality assurance practices is fundamental in food safety
Coordinating and instructing crew members successfully
Fostering effective communication and coordination across different work shifts is critical for maintaining workflow efficiency
Stock management and order fulfillment
Daily maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant
Maintaining a commitment to exceptional customer service
Checking and regulating safety and security measures
Supervising and backing designated teams with their scheduling requirements
Fulfilling operational standards and departmental objectives
Required Skills and Experience of Restaurant Supervisor:
Candidates with leadership experience, especially in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments, are preferred
Adopting an optimistic approach, demonstrating strong teamwork abilities, and thriving in a fast-paced atmosphere
Versatile schedule and willingness to cover different shifts
Permission is granted solely to individuals aged 18 and above
