Role and Responsibilities of Service Shift Manager:
Service Shift Manager lead shifts weekly to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. They provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintaining high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Key responsibilities include:
The critical task at hand is to oversee the safety and quality of food offerings
Managing and training employees adeptly
Establishing robust internal communication channels and coordination strategies between shifts is essential
Inventory tracking and procurement management
Daily maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant
Keeping up with exceptional customer service
Ensuring the surveillance of safety and security
Regulating and assisting supported departments in managing their timelines
Achieving operational metrics and departmental targets
Required Skills and Experience of Service Shift Manager:
It is preferred for applicants to have prior experience in a leadership role, with a preference for experience in industries like restaurants, retail, or hospitality
Displaying an encouraging attitude, collaborating well with others, and excelling in a fast-paced workplace
Flexible availability and ability to work a variety of shifts
Individuals younger than 18 are ineligible to participate
