Role and Responsibilities of Restaurant Custodian:

• Aid management in achieving and ensuring top-notch cleanliness and upkeep for the restaurant and its equipment.
• Make it a daily habit to clean and replace the filters in oil fryers for consistent operation.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Ensure equipment is spotless, clean both indoor and outdoor windows, organize stock areas, and sanitize restroom facilities.
• Execute the unloading of the delivery truck two times every week.
• Dispose of the waste material by removing and discarding the trash.
• Change light bulbs.
• Ensure HVAC and exhaust units are free from debris and clean the roof of any obstructions.

Required Skills and Experience of Restaurant Custodian:
