Role and Responsibilities of Maintenance Crew:

• Aid in the efforts of management to reach and sustain high standards of cleanliness and upkeep for the restaurant and its equipment.
• Ensure that oil fryers receive daily filter changes as part of routine maintenance.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Keep equipment sanitized, clean interior and exterior windows, organize stock areas, and tidy up restrooms.
• Carry out the unloading process from the delivery truck on a bi-weekly basis.
• Get rid of the trash by taking it out and disposing of it.
• Change light bulbs.
• Keep HVAC and exhaust units clear of obstructions and eliminate debris from the roof.

Required Skills and Experience of Maintenance Crew:

• Readiness to learn and execute responsibilities involving the upkeep of physical structures.
• Capacity to function effectively within a rapid-paced team environment.
• Reliability and dedication in ensuring standards of cleanliness and equipment maintenance are met.
