Maintenance Worker

Role and Responsibilities of Maintenance Worker:

• Assist in ensuring that restaurant cleanliness and equipment maintenance are consistently kept at a high standard by working closely with management.
• Implement a daily routine for filtering oil fryers to ensure their functionality and cleanliness.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, clean windows inside and out, restock supply rooms, and sanitize restroom facilities.
• Carry out the unloading process from the delivery vehicle twice a week.
• Remove and discard the trash to maintain cleanliness.
• Change light bulbs.
• Maintain cleanliness in HVAC and exhaust units, and ensure the roof is free from debris buildup.

Required Skills and Experience of Maintenance Worker:

• Being open to learning and engaging in the upkeep of physical spaces.
• Competency in engaging as part of a team in a quick-paced setup.
• Demonstrating unfailing commitment to cleanliness and the maintenance of equipment standards.

Preferred Qualifications of Maintenance Worker:

• Having experience in maintenance or janitorial tasks may be advantageous, but it is not compulsory.
• Proven ability in effective problem-solving and efficient organizational management.
