Role and Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals.
• Prepare all of McDonald's World Famous food.
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and foster a fun work environment.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and ensure the restaurant looks fantastic.
• Work in a fast-paced team environment with flexibility for breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Outstanding attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• 16 years of age or older.
