Role and Responsibilities of Dining Shift Manager:

Dining Shift Manager lead shifts weekly to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. They provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintaining high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Key responsibilities include:

• Adhering to regulations and protocols is necessary to ensure food safety and quality assurance
• Organizing and educating team members suitably
• Ensuring consistent communication and coordination between shifts is fundamental for operational continuity
• Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies
• Daily maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant
• Sustaining exceptional customer support
• Keeping an eye on safety and security protocols
• Structuring and supporting allocated divisions in their scheduling tasks
• Reaching operational thresholds and departmental milestones

Required Skills and Experience of Dining Shift Manager:

• Preferably, candidates will have a background in leadership, particularly within restaurant, retail, or hospitality fields
• Embracing a positive mindset, contributing as a team player, and achieving success in a high-speed environment
• Adaptable timetable and willingness to work different time slots
