Role and Responsibilities:

Shift Managers lead shifts weekly to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. They provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintaining high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Key responsibilities include:

• Food Safety and Quality Assurance
• Managing and training crew members
• Internal communication and coordination between shifts
• Inventory management and ordering
• Daily maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant
• Ensuring exceptional customer service
• Monitoring safety and security
• Scheduling and supporting assigned departments
• Meeting operational targets and departmental goals

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments
• Positive attitude, team player, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work various shifts
• Must be 18 years of age or older
